Guarantee
We will replace or refund the cost of any clothes returned within 14 days, provided they are unworn and undamaged.
This guarantee covers ALL clothing including made to measure and Sale items.
Please note that this does not cover the cost of return postage.

Delivery
We aim to despatch within 15 days of receiving your order but at peak times please allow up to 28 days.
If you require your order urgently or need your order delivered on a specific day, please contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate you.
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour service.
Overseas orders are sent by Royal Mail International and a signature is required on receipt.

Postage
UK Orders are charged at £10 for any order including a coat, jacket or chinchilla pullover, £5 for all other orders.
Large items are sent by Royal Mail ‘s 48 Hour Tracked service
Small orders, such as hats and scarves, are sent by First Class Post.

European Orders are charged at £18 for any order including a coat, jacket or chinchilla pullover, £10 for all other orders.
Orders are sent by Air Mail

Rest of the World Orders are charged at £27 for any order including a coat, jacket or chinchilla pullover, £15 for all other orders.
Orders are sent by Air Mail

Returns
All returns should be accompanied a completed Returns Form which comes with your order.
If you are returning a coat or jacket, please use the Special Delivery service at the Post Office. For all other items please use any standard postal service and obtain a proof of postage certificate.
